Our Construction Management Team
Your Construction Management Consultant will help you find the perfect home for you and your family. They have lots of local experience, plus extensive product knowledge to ensure you find exactly what you’re looking for!
Our Production Team
They will take care of all the details to ensure the construction of your new home runs smoothly, and on time. This friendly team manages everything from contracts to permits, to prepare you for site start.
Our Selections Consultants
During your selection process, our consultant, your experienced consultant will help you personalise your new home! They will provide guidance and advice to help you choose your style from a huge selection of colours and fixtures.
Our Site management Team
Our site managers will build your new home from top to bottom, to the highest standard of course. As part of the enhanced customer experience, our tradespeople who build our homes will also build your home, so you can relax knowing that the same high-quality finish you expect is what you’ll see in your new home.
Our Service & Warranty Team
In the unlikely event that there are any issues once you move in, our Service & Warranty Team will take care of you! Within 3 months after settlement, they will arrange for a scheduled service of your home, just to make sure all is as it should be.
